London-Tokyo Property Services (LTPS) was established in 1987 in St Christopher’s Place near Bond Street tube station. Thanks to the support of a large number of the UK and overseas corporate/private landlords, LTPS has successfully assisted in finding suitable accommodation for numerous Japanese company employees and diplomatic officials as well as other foreign expatriates.

Our head office is now based in Hampstead opposite the Finchley Road tube station, with a network of 8 regional branches at present, covering most of London (except the East and South East Areas).

Our professional staffs have always worked hard to fulfill our client’s demands and expectations. This has resulted in LTPS becoming the sole Japanese Estate Agency accredited with the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Every year we arrange accommodation for over 2000 applicants.

London-Tokyo Room Finder

To meet student’s needs for affordable accommodation, we have established a room letting service in our Hyde Park and Golders Green branches. We also have a clean and pleasant Student House located in front of Golders Green tube Station (Northern Line). The rental prices range from £90-150 per week including council tax. The minimum tenancy period is 6 months.

Guest House

For a city break, business visit, or temporary accommodation, please take full advantage of our two safe and convenient Guest Houses: Hyde Park Green, is two minutes walk from the Bayswater and Queensway tube stations and : Hampstead Green Hill (with secure onsite parking), is two minutes walk from the Finchley Road tube station with easy access to parks, super markets and a wide range of restaurants. All the bedrooms have en suites and are equipped with satellite TV (JSTV) and broadband internet access as well as shared cooking and laundry facilities.

Prices range : £55-70 + VAT for a single room, £80-100 + VAT for a twin room, and £120-170 + VAT for family rooms.
