The properties we introduce are categorised in the following three ways:

Managed by LTPS
LTPS is contracted to look after the properties by the landlords and deal with
maintenance issues promptly to assure the tenants live peacefully.

Managed by landlords or their appointed representatives
LTPS is authorised only to let the properties as the landlords or their appointed
representatives manage them. Maintenance issues are to be discussed
between the landlords and tenants. In case of difficulty, LTPS will assist with
communication.

Managed by other estate agents or the landlords who are registered with them
LTPS can not communicate directly with the landlords without having access,
so it may take longer to solve problems.
